Hotel agreement Aalesund

For the years 2026 and 2027, we have a hotel agreement with Scandic Parken, located in the centre of Aalesund.

Prices for 2026
Single room incl. breakfast: NOK 1,350.
Double room incl. breakfast: NOK 1,550.
Today’s dinner at the hotel: NOK 295.

Invoice requests

Companies wishing to pay by invoice must submit a written request at the time of booking to tove@parkenhotel.no.
The request must include the following information:

  • Name of the employee to whom the stay applies and the dates of the stay

  • Company registration number and invoice email address

  • Company name

  • Address

  • Any reference or invoice marking

Requests for invoicing must be made at or immediately after booking and submitted in writing by email. This must be done well in advance, as invoice approval is required prior to arrival. Subject to invoice approval, it must also be specified which expenses are approved for invoicing.

If an employee makes the booking themselves and the stay is to be invoiced to the company, the same information must be provided at the time of booking. In addition, the company must send a written confirmation to the hotel stating that the person is employed by them, if the booking is not made using the employer’s email address.

Invoices are not offered to private individuals.

Cancellation

Room cancellations must be made by 18:00 on the day of arrival.
Cancellations made after this time, or no-shows, will be charged at 100%.

During certain periods, the hotel may be fully booked due to events. Rooms may still be available, but not at the contract rate.
This applies to the following periods:

  • Summer season: 1–31 July

  • Jugend Festival weekend in August

  • Verftskonferansen: 2–4 November
